today is the last day we might see Mrs. David for a long time.but before i tell ya anything about today, i'll tell you about what happened the past days...

February 16, 2009 - Monday.

It was the second years' NAT. unfortunately, they used our classroom as one of the testing rooms and we were forced to take refuge in the research lab, and have our classes there.
Yea. we had our morning and physics subjects. normal stuff. just that uh, uncomfortable because the research lab isn't really the place to be. :))

AP. Social Studies. It was her last time in a formal classroom setting. : of course, we didn't have class. :)) we wanted to make this second to the last meeting different. XD ang boring naman namin kung ganon. So ganito,

"What is ma'm david to you as a teacher?"

that was the question each of us had to answer. :D

our own answers proved to us how important she is. She taught history, she inspired lives, she was a mother to all of us. She changed us in many ways. WE LOVE HER. <3

well after that, she told her story. on why she's leaving. and how the world inside the school is changing. she is a single mother after all, she needed this, her family did. and we understood that. we supported her. :D

and after that, our next meeting would be on the live museum on thursday.
the thing i couldnt really take is how normal the setting was. when i got home, the homework was piled, as always. I was expecting an empty day, and the night would be left for each of us to ponder on the things she said.

BUT NO. Life doesn't stop for anyone.

February 19, 2009 - THURSDAY

Live museum day, beybe. ^^ well, we set-up and we performed for all the students of mandaluyong science high school. and yea. we pretty rocked. :)) our exhibit was nice. :D

even though we didnt win, it was still okay. :] kasi for the first time, it seemed that we did something right for the first time in the school year. GO ARCHIMEDES. :D

of course we were all rushing for our tshirt. :D

February 20, 2009 - Friday

t'was the day. this is the last time we're ever gonna see her for a long time.

OKAY. CARD DAY NGAYON. well the parents saw her, she said her goodbyes and stuff. :]

a shame nga e, may mga absent at nagcocontest [aja!], si benedict, si, bruxelle, si johnray, si jilo. : sayang. pero you'll be updated.

she didnt really know that we were planning stuff.

AND UH. WE HAVE OUR SHIRT NA! it was orange, uhh. i'll just post the design here. :D hihihi.

so when she left to go to the bank, we got ready.

we all wore the shirt.

we prepared whatever food that we had to give.

we planned the performances. :))

and when she got back, we looked like prisoners because of our awesomely orange shirt. :))

then. our "PROGRAM" started.

first --- MARGUST CHING -- our POPE. to give the prayer. beautiful prayer, by the way. :D all about thanks, and leaving. :]

second --- opening remarks by abba moreno ;)

third --- uhhh. we gave ma'm david one of the shirts of course. :D presented by MR. JP delas nieves. ;] well she wore the shirt. YEY. :D

fourth --- first up! performance: live music video.. by nikko togores and kathyrene visco -- mad by neyo. wait for the vids, i'll post the links a little later.

fifth -- performance by CRS dance troupe. :)) hahahhaha. nice one!

sixth --- a speech by our excellency GMA. by JP :)) XD

tenth --- we ate. hehehehhee. onti ng food namin eh. sooooper dry na ang aming mga wallets. we gave out so much money for the past weeks.

eleventh --- we were done eating. now, the hard part. FINAL WORDS. FINAL GOODBYE. :

she said a lot of stuff. like: we werent really close during the schoolyear, but as it ended, we began to soften up to each other. she said a lot of heartwarming stuff. like:

-- 42 kayo. sana 42 kayong magmamahalan.

-- Be good.

-- next year pagbalik ko, sana 42 kayong ggraduate na sama sama.

i cant really express it here. basta, it was a scene of tears, the heartache of final farewells, we were a half circle of students wearing orange shirts. it's so hard to describe that moment, you wont really understand unless you were there. : it was terrible yet right. i dunno, i'm at loss for words. it was one of the most beautiful things everr. :[[ remembering it brings back tears into my eyes. nagbilin xa ng dapat nming gawin, at goal naman namin na to make her proud. she wants us to be all successful. :D let's make her proud archies!

WE NOW STAND AS 42 STUDENTS, YOU'LL SEE US GRADUATE ON MARCH 2010.
